Mascara & Concealer review.

Long lasting concealer - Collection 2000 // No Clumps mascara - Collection 2000

The other day I bought these two bits as I'd ran out of both, I asked you lovely people on Twitter what concealer you'd recommend and the majority of you said this Collection 2000 one so I decided to try it. Although me being an utter numpty bought the complete wrong colour hahaha I bought 'deep' which is the darkest one :( so my plans for 'only wearing concealer when I go out' has failed until I purchase another one. So despite me looking like I've had a bad tanning session it does cover my blemishes/marks very very well! I'd give this 9/10 for coverage and it's super cheap as well compared to others :) I was going to avoid liquid concealers as I felt powder/pastey ones would give me more coverage but I was wrong, this one isn't too thick or thin it's a great consistency.

Now onto the mascara, I'll admit I usually spend too much on this product (by that I mean about £8.99 for those maybelline ones which clump to high heaven, on me anyway!) So I opted for the cheaper one, £2.99 woohoo ;) I have to say this is wonderful, it really elongates my lashes and gives them a nice curl. I naturally have long eyelashes and sometimes mascara can make them look a bit spidey but I don't feel this one does.

So if you don't want to spend a fortune on these items I recommend these two from Collection 2000!

Have you tried these?

  1. I swear by the collection 2000 concealer, gives really good coverage and a really reasonable price. It's a shame you accidentally bought the wrong colour! If you are able to I would definitely say try and get hold of a lighter one, I hope you like it! x
